B.   DESCRIPTION OF TRANSFER

  • Business contact information (e.g., name, work email, work phone, work title and company, company address)

  • Tracking (e.g., computer usage, location, digital footprint)

 

Sensitive data transferred (if applicable) and applied restrictions or safeguards that fully take into consideration the nature of the data and the risks involved, such as for instance strict purpose limitation, access restrictions (including access only for staff having followed specialised training), keeping a record of access to the data, restrictions for onward transfers or additional security measures.

Authentise provides engineering and manufacturing process management software and other related services, as described in the Master Agreement

 

Purpose(s) of the data transfer and further processing


Personal Data is Processed for the purpose of delivering the Authentise service and supporting the Authentise platform services.

 

The period for which the personal data will be retained, or, if that is not possible, the criteria used to determine that period


The subject matter and duration of the processing of the personal data are set out in the Terms of Service.

 

For transfers to (sub-) processors, also specify subject matter, nature and duration of the processing


Authentise uses the sub-processors found online at https://authentise.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360050519932-Data-Processors when delivering services to their customers. The list specifies the subject matter and nature of the processing activities performed by Authentise’s sub-processors.
